School Organizers

Assignment Organizer- from Happy Tripper Productions, this software program offers users the capability to organize lists of assignments, dates, deadlines and details.  The program has built in alerts that appear every time you turn your computer on or access the organizer.  This program also has a print function so that you can print off any document created in the program.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.  Free to try for 60 days.  $14.95 to buy.

Student Life Organizer- from AZPC.  This program offers to help students organize everything from class schedules to homework and test trackers.  Also has a neat built in alarm clock with snooze function.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003 Server/Vista.  Free license.

Daily Planner Plus- from REG Software.  This program allows users to create modules for daily life.  Organize school schedules and activities, budget loans and home finances, store warranty information and store passwords.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista.  Down and use 15 times before you will be prompted to purchase the program for $14.95.

Organize Me- from Tamer Ertangil.  Works in your system tray so it can always remind you of important items in your daily schedule.  This program has lots of useful utilities for those of us who spend entirely too much time on their computers.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.  Free license. 

The following programs may be helpful to home schooling moms who could use a little help in organizing their kitchens and home.

Cook'n Recipe Organizer- allows you to organize, print and e-mail your favorite recipes with ease.  Analyze nutritional values for your family, print grocery lists and more.  Has a database of many popular cookbooks such as Taste of Home, Betty Crocker and Pillsbury.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.  Free to try, 300-recipe trial.  $19.95 to buy.

Recipe Organizer Deluxe- organizes, catalogs and manages all of your favorite recipes on your computer.  Web cooking resources included in this program.  System Requirements: Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP.  30 day free trial, $65 to buy.
